Supported Systems: Linux 2.2

Below, you will find a list of systems and their current status. Each piece of hardware in a system is listed by type and color (sorry, Lynx-friendly version isn't ready yet).

The colors

Red: Unsupported	The hardware in question isn't supported, and will definitely not work.
Yellow: Partially supported	This means one of a few things. Either it partially works, but lacks some features, or it works for some people and doesn't work for others. Check the notes for the system for details.
Green: Supported	It works without any major problems.
Blue: Unknown	The hardware is untested, it might work, it might not. Find out for yourself.

Using the table

Click on any column header to sort the list by that column. For example, click on "gestalt" to sort the list with the lowest gestalt IDs listed first. Clicking on the machine name will bring up more information about that machine. Hopefully, it will eventually include a section to download appropriate kernels and a section for annotated notes.

Updating the database

We need your input! However, we have been having problems with the database being changed in inconsistent and inexplicable ways. While I assume all changes were well-intentioned, the result is confusing to anyone looking to see if their machine is supported. As such, I have decided to take the update pages offline. I apologize for the inconvenience. --Andrew
